Rebecca Udell, PhD, LMFT
Rebecca Udell PhD, LMFT is CAST’s manager of clinical services. She worked as a psychotherapist at Loyola Marymount and Pepperdine Universities, providing crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, and AOD counseling to university students. In addition, Rebecca worked with underserved children and adolescents in foster care where she advocated for children and adolescents, provided psychological assessments, and connected families and children to community and federal resources for the betterment of the family system. She also has worked with adults and adolescents in recovery. Since 2010, she has maintained a private practice in Beverly Hills, with an emphasis on pre-marital and marital therapy, which was the focus of her Doctoral dissertation. She has completed training on the neurobiology of attachment with Alan Schore and Steven Porges, and she has trained with Stan Tatkin for couples therapy.
Rebecca received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from USC, her MA in Psychology from Antioch University, and her PhD from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She recently completed training on mentalization-based therapy with Bateman and Fonagy at UCLA.
