CAST’s very own Aliah Whitmore, IBW, HHC, LMT, PT, will be a guest speaker at the Powerful Living Experience event in Orlando, Florida. Aliah is a certified Integrative Breath Practitioner and an Integrative Health Counselor at CAST Centers.
With the audience, she will demonstrate Integrative Somatic Realignment Therapy. This is a breathwork practice that seeks to create an acute sensory perception of the physical body, activating the memory and stimulating conscious awareness of subconscious material. This practice can range from gentle to intense, and is completely determined by the participants desire and comfort level.
Integrative Somatic Realignment Therapy is one of an array of modalities we use here at CAST Centers to help our clients be their best self.
Aliah’s session will be on Sunday, January 14th, 2018 from 4:15pm-5:30pm.
