CAST Centers was founded in 2005 with the goal of improving, expanding and enhancing people’s life experiences.
We are recognized as the go-to clinic for mental health, addiction, dual diagnosis. People come to CAST Centers for a variety of reasons including anxiety and depression. Oftentimes, they have tried individual therapy for years. Many also report struggles with alcohol and substance abuse drugs and the underlying trauma that leads to substance use disorders.

CAST promotes well-being through a wide variety of proven methods, from traditional talk therapies to recovery coaching, to innovative and experiential treatments to more spiritual or mindful approaches. Through our addiction recovery in Los Angeles we are able to help those struggling with dependency to recover both safely and effectively. Our team of wellness professionals will work with you to find the right balance for you.
At CAST Centers, we take an individualized approach to each client’s needs to evaluate support systems that may include family members and significant others. We recognize that there are unique challenges each family may face when a loved one is suffering from mental illness and/or a substance abuse disorder so it is important to support the entire family in the healing process.
While participating in outpatient treatment at CAST Centers, each client will meet with their primary clinician to determine the best way to incorporate the family into the treatment plan. Involvement with family members may include weekly progress updates to discuss treatment goals. Family members may also have the opportunity to participate in counseling sessions if deemed appropriate by the client and clinician.
