Health insurance may cover part or all of a client’s treatment costs. Insurance benefits differ from policy to policy. CAST admissions advisors can run a verification of insurance coverage with a prospective client’s insurance provider.
How to verify insurance coverage?
To verify insurance coverage and benefits for pending clients, contact us at 424-302-2598. Please have the insurance card and/or relevant information available to help expedite the process.
What insurance provider does CAST Centers accept?
CAST is in-network with Anthem Blue Cross. We also work with many PPO insurance provider as an out-of-network provider. Here is a sample list of preferred insurance providers we work with: Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and more.
Although an insurance company may not be listed, we work with many other health insurance companies. Contact us to see if a specific policy will cover a portion or all of treatment costs.
Note: While CAST cannot control the outcome of insurance responses to billing for CAST services, our team will work to maximize benefits available through the client’s insurance policy.
What conditions will my insurance cover?
Insurance may cover mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis conditions. Mental health conditions may include but not limited to: depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Substance abuse of alcohol, opioids, meth, cocaine, or prescription medication may also be covered. Please call us for a verification of benefits.
