Will UnitedHealthcare Insurance cover treatment?

UnitedHealthcare may cover part or all of a client’s treatment costs.  Insurance benefits differ from policy to policy. CAST admissions advisors can run a verification of insurance coverage with a prospective client’s insurance.

How to verify insurance coverage?

To verify insurance coverage and benefits for pending clients, contact us at 323-457-8208.  Please have the insurance card and/or relevant information available to help expedite the process.

What insurance providers does CAST Centers accept?

CAST is in-network with Anthem Blue Cross.  We also work with many PPO insurance providers as an out-of-network provider. Here is a sample list of preferred insurance providers we work with: Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and more.

Although an insurance company may not be listed, we work with many other health insurance companies.  Contact us to see if a specific policy will cover a portion or all of treatment costs.

Note: While CAST cannot control the outcome of insurance responses to billing for CAST services, our team will work to maximize benefits available through the client’s insurance policy.
