Will Anthem BlueCross insurance cover treatment?
Anthem BlueCross may cover part or all of a client’s treatment costs. Insurance benefits differ from policy to policy. CAST admissions advisors can run a verification of insurance coverage with a prospective client’s insurance.

What insurance providers does CAST Centers accept?
CAST is in-network with Anthem Blue Cross. We also work with many PPO insurance providers as an out-of-network provider. Here is a sample list of preferred insurance providers we work with: Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and more.
Although an insurance company may not be listed, we work with many other health insurance companies. Contact us to see if a specific policy will cover a portion or all of treatment costs.
Note: While CAST cannot control the outcome of insurance responses to billing for CAST services, our team will work to maximize benefits available through the client’s insurance policy.
What conditions will my insurance cover?
Anthem Blue Cross insurance benefits can vary for each policy, yet many will cover mental health, substance abuse, and/or dual diagnosis conditions. Mental health conditions treated at CAST Centers using insurance may include depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Substance abuse or addiction to alcohol, heroin, meth, cocaine, or prescription medication including opioids, benzodiazepines (such as Xanax, Klonopin and Ativan) may also be covered by your Anthem Blue Cross insurance.
